I’m fairly confident this is Aleja Tadeusza Rejtana (DW878) in Rzeszów, Poland, rather than the A4 motorway itself.
The giveaway is the dealership on the right. Nissan Autonix was located at Rejtana 67, in Galeria Nova, and immediately next door at Rejtana 65 was Auto-Res, an authorised Fiat/Lancia/Alfa Romeo dealer — which explains the blurred red FIAT sign just to the left of NISSAN in your frame. The car appears to be travelling southbound on Rejtana, and on closer inspection I think the blurry overhead sign is probably saying “Barwinek / Krosno” — exactly the major southbound destinations from Rzeszów toward the Slovak border. A Rzeszów road sign photographed elsewhere uses precisely Barwinek / Krosno together with route 19 / E371.
So I’d place the shot approximately on Rejtana alongside Galeria Nova, around numbers 65–67, Rzeszów.
